Marketing and Communications Advisor
About the opportunity
The Marketing and Communications Advisor is part of the Marketing Communications team which delivers and supports the marketing communications needs of WorkSafes business units. This position works closely with the Manager Marketing Communications and Senior Advisors to deliver WorkSafes external communications programs and campaigns.
The purpose of our marketing and communication activities is to increase community awareness of health and safety encourage behaviour change of employers and workers and leverage the influence of our partners clients and the community using social marketing principles and a range of marketing and communications techniques. Our primary service lines are paid marketing campaigns strategic communications advice below the line targeted communications using sponsorship and owned digital marketing channels.

About you
You are an experienced Marketing and Communications Advisor who thrives in fast paced environments and delivering in a timely manner. As a confident and persuasive communicator you excel at negotiation and influence. Your strong stakeholder engagement skills enable you to build and maintain positive working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
