Working closely with colleagues across the business youll oversee the full loan life cycle share insights that drive commercial decisions and strengthen longterm partnershipsYou and your TeamYoull support the National Sales Manager in delivering team strategies grow existing and new introducers and lead improvements that help us continually enhance our service. This fieldbased role gives you the autonomy to build influential relationships and directly contribute to the teams performance and a Key Account Manager you will:Managing our Vehicle Finance key accountsBe able to manage all aspects of the loan in order to share analytic data back to the introducers to drive product risk and pricingDirect support to the National Sales Manager in order to achieve overall team strategies Play and integral part in generating new relationships that will turn into long lasting relationshipsComplete regular account reviews and quarterly strategic reviews to deliver against your targets and build a partnership relationship with each introducerRegularly updating senior managers of progress or areas of concernTo manage a portfolio of introducers ensuring they achieve their volume and performance potentialAdhere to the FCA conduct rulesConstantly driving improvements by taking the lead with wider business projects What Were Looking For Essential: Proven experience as an Account ManagementMotor sector experienceExperience operating in a highly regulated environmentAbility in problem-solving and negotiationFinancial Services sector experienceDesirable: Formal Sales qualificationsStrong Networking skillsAbility to identify new business opportunitiesOffers are subject to standard background checks (credit fraud and employment references).Who we areAt Vanquis our purpose is simple: to deliver caring banking that helps people make the most of lifes opportunities.
