WHO YOULL WORK WITH
Were looking for an Paid Media Lead to join our Nike Sports Offense team. Youll be responsible for shaping Nikes paid media strategy and driving awareness and conversions.
As the Paid Media Lead of Running & Training youll be part of the EMEA Marketing team. Your mission To bring ideas to life by connecting creative storytelling with paid media. Youll work closely with internal teams like Brand Management Digital Creative and Comms. As well as teams in Global and Key Cities. Plus youll collaborate with external partners like media agencies media platforms creative partners and technology vendors. The role reports into the Director of Paid Media for Running & Training which is one of five teams within Integrated Media in EMEA.
We create campaigns that hit the whole marketing funnel from big brand moments like the Olympics to search campaigns for our new running shoes. Youll work across all types of media and always need to be innovative and creative but youll never forget to deliver on your goals.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate must love sport and showcare a good understanding of Running & Training industries both on the performance and on the culture lenses that surround these sports. Ideally you have experience in the sports or retail fashion industry. You are a critical thinker who can work independently as well as work in a team to drive shared results. You must thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change with a passion for delivering premium media experiences.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience delivering campaigns for multinational brands or at a media or creative agency working on multinational brands.
- Proven track record in planning paid media campaigns with multi-million-dollar budgets across various markets.
- Experience managing media and creative production agencies includes planning digital media channels (e.g. Social Display Search) and offline channels (e.g. OOH TV Print).
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of brand marketing strategies and marketing dynamics.
- Skilled at translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and adapting communication for diverse audiences.
- Strong presentation skills to senior stakeholders with the ability to absorb feedback to improve the work.
- Deep understanding of the media landscape and emerging trends with a critical and innovative push.
- Willingness to travel within EMEA approximately once every quarter.
WHAT YOULL WORK ON
As the Paid Media Lead for Running & Training you will shape Nikes paid media strategy to align with brand and business objectives driving awareness and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- You plan execute and report on our seasonal campaigns from start to finish. Collaborating with internal teams across marketing and business as well as our external agencies and media partners.
- You will develop a comprehensive full-funnel media strategy that supports brand and business goals and brings Nike to the center of sport and the edge of culture.
- You are responsible for campaign budgets and ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Foster strong relationships with the EMEA Marketing team to align on annual objectives and work closely on every part of the campaign.
- Collaborate with the Global Paid Media Team in Portland to leverage global strategies for EMEA campaigns.
- Represent the Integrated Media team in senior stakeholder meetings presenting campaign plans and insights.
- Stay informed about media trends by attending industry events and partner meetings and share findings internally to inspire creativity.
- Foster collaboration by hosting regular workshops and syncs across cross-functional teams.
- Ensure inclusivity in every project by incorporating diverse perspectives in creative and media activations.
