Social Media Strategist

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Strategist with a strong passion for social media and a keen eye for premium brand positioning.

In this role you will work closely with our Social Media Manager and PR Marketing & Communications Manager to elevate and shape the digital presence of The Entourage Group. You will be part of an international open-minded team that thrives on creativity innovation and continuously pushing boundaries within high-end hospitality.

Your Role

As a Social Media Strategist you will be responsible for both the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of our social media presence. You understand how to translate brand identity into compelling digital storytelling while maintaining a consistent elevated aesthetic across all platforms.

You will lead the development of social media strategies that strengthen brand positioning increase engagement and support overall business objectives.

Key Responsabilities

Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

Set specific objectives and report on ROI

Generate edit publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. copy photos videos and news)

Engaging new and existing audiences through social media;

Raising awareness and encouraging user generated content across social platforms;

Communicate with followers respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

Oversee social media accounts design

Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness like promotions and competitions

Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media design tools and applications

Execution & Tools

While this is a strategic role you are also comfortable being hands-on when needed. Your responsibilities will include writing copy publishing content and using social media management tools to streamline workflows and automate processes where appropriate always ensuring quality and consistency remain at the highest level.

Your Profile

Living in Amsterdam.

Fluent in English and Dutch (written & spoken)

Proven work experience as a Social media manager

Hands on experience in content management

Excellent copywriting skills

Ability to deliver creative content (text image and video)

Solid knowledge of SEO keyword research and Google Analytics

Knowledge of online marketing channels

Knowledge of and affinity with the Hospitality industry

Strong communication skills and hands-on mentality
