Job Summary

We are hiring on behalf of a paid growth agency based in Amsterdam working exclusively with B2B SaaS companies to build predictable demand generation engines. They work closely with founders and marketing leaders across Europe to turn paid media into a scalable pipeline channel.

The Role

Our client is looking for a Paid Growth Manager who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing strategic thinking and AI-driven experimentation.

This is not a typical campaign execution role. You will own paid growth for a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients working directly with founders and marketing leaders to translate business goals into scalable demand generation strategies. Youll think in funnels and pipeline use data and AI tools to accelerate experimentation and regularly present performance insights to clients.

Location: Remote-first Europe-based. Maximum two-hour time difference from CET.

What Youll Do

  • Own and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads LinkedIn Ads and Meta for B2B SaaS clients
  • Translate business goals into demand generation strategies focused on pipeline growth
  • Design and run structured experiments across targeting messaging creatives and funnel stages
  • Analyze campaign and funnel performance using GA4 Looker Studio Databox and spreadsheets
  • Write and iterate on B2B SaaS ad copy and collaborate on messaging improvements
  • Provide CRO insights for PPC landing pages and campaign funnels
  • Use AI tools and workflows to accelerate research analysis and experimentation
  • Assess and troubleshoot conversion tracking across ad platforms and CRM systems
  • Collaborate with founders and clients to align marketing activity with sales pipeline and revenue targets

What Were Looking For

  • 47 years of experience in paid media or performance marketing for B2B SaaS companies
  • Experience in an agency or multi-client environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot Salesforce Pipedrive or ActiveCampaign
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable experiments
  • AI-curious with practical experience using AI tools for research ideation and analysis
  • Fluent in English spoken and written
  • Comfortable presenting insights and challenging assumptions in client-facing settings
