Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Childrens Team Manager to join its clients Fosteringteam based in Manchester.

The Opportunity:

Are you a passionate Social Work leader committed to improving the lives of children and young people We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join our clients leading fostering service in Manchester.

In this pivotal role you will lead a dedicated team of social workers ensuring that highquality care and safeguarding remain at the centre of everything our client does. You will be joining a supportive environment that values professional development and is deeply committed to achieving positive lasting outcomes for children in care.

What will your responsibilities be

Team Leadership:Manage and allocate workloads while monitoring the performance of the social work team to meet service objectives.
Safeguarding:Maintain a clear and consistent focus on the safety and well-being of children and young people.
Supervision:Provide robust supervision and support to Supervising Social Workers trainees and support staff.
Growth & Recruitment:Participate in the advertisement recruitment and selection of new social work talent.
Flexibility: Manage a schedule that includes some evening and weekend work to meet the needs of our foster families.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you must possess:

Social Work England Registration(Active).
Degree level qualificationor equivalent in Social Work.
5 Years Post-Qualifying Experiencein statutory childcare work including child protection.
Leadership Experience:At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
