Job Summary
We are working with a school who are recruiting for a proactive and dependable Site Manager to join an Outstanding primary school in Dorset. This is a full-time position starting ASAP initially on a temporary basis until August 2026 with a seamless transition to a permanent contract for the new academic year. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the maintenance security and day-to-day operations of the school grounds and buildings. We are looking for a hands-on professional who can manage external contractors oversee health and safety compliance and ensure that very little learning time is lost to facility-related issues. This role is perfect for a practitioner who thrives in a well-ordered workplace where professional excellence is the standard.
