Job Summary
Marine Officer (Contract) - Ratnagiri MH
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marine Officer to join our team on a contract basis in Ratnagiri Maharashtra. This is a proactive role for an individual with a strong background in marine operations and a commitment to professional excellence.
Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage all deck operations on vessels.
- Ensure the safe and efficient berthing and unberthing of vessels.
- Implement and enforce maritime regulations and safety protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of vessel equipment.
- Supervise crew activities and ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain detailed logs and records of all marine activities.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with port authorities and relevant stakeholders.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Marine Officer.
- Maximum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in marine officer duties deck operations vessel management and berthing procedures.
- Valid marine certifications and licenses as required.
- Strong understanding of maritime law and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
