Job Description:

We are hiring for a leading Life Insurance company. The role involves managing and driving sales through a team of Advisors ensuring achievement of sales targets and maintaining high-quality sales standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive cross-selling and new sales through the assigned team of Advisors

  • Ensure consistent achievement of sales plan numbers and sales standards

  • Drive input behaviours and productivity of the advisor team

  • Maintain and improve sales quality by meeting persistence standards

  • Train and develop advisors on new product launches and policy revisions

  • Ensure advisor participation in trainings and GO-meets

Desired Qualification & Experience:
  • Graduate with 3 years of total experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Insurance sector

  • Proven sales track record preferably in Life Insurance

  • Experience in cross-selling sales teams

  • Strong skills in team supervision development and networking
