Key Responsibilities: -
Drive cross-selling and new sales through the assigned team of Advisors

Ensure consistent achievement of sales plan numbers and sales standards

Drive input behaviours and productivity of the advisor team

Maintain and improve sales quality by meeting persistence standards

Train and develop advisors on new product launches and policy revisions

Ensure advisor participation in trainings and GO-meets
Desired Qualification & Experience: -
Graduate with 3 years of total experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in the Insurance sector

Proven sales track record preferably in Life Insurance

Experience in cross-selling sales teams

Strong skills in team supervision development and networking
