Permanent Full-Time Sylvan Lake AB (with weekly travel to Calgary)
Our client a highly accomplished and fast-paced executive is seeking a confident detail-driven Household Manager / Personal Home Executive Assistant to oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of a private residence.
This is a role for someone who takes pride in excellence thrives within structure and is comfortable working independently while supporting very high standards. The successful candidate understands that this is a professional employer-employee relationship within a private residence clear boundaries discretion accountability and efficiency are essential.

This position supports a busy executive with homes in Sylvan Lake and Calgary. You will work primarily from the Sylvan Lake residence with travel to Calgary approximately once per week. Core hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; however flexibility is required to accommodate special events and the executives calendar.
There is a strong sense of give and take in this role. You may be required to work later on certain days to support events or time-sensitive needs with the ability to leave earlier on other days once all assigned tasks are completed.
This is not a caregiving or healthcare-related role. The focus is on the efficient effective and highly organized management of a private residence for a very busy executive.
The household operates with clearly defined systems and expectations. A detailed binder outlines tasks preferences and standards and success in this role depends on the ability to follow direction precisely anticipate needs and execute consistently without hand-holding.
This is a full-time permanent role offering a generous annual salary two weeks of paid vacation and a fuel card. Full benefit package available after 90 day probationary period.
