KPI reporting Education Requirements: BE/BTech; ISTQB preferred Role Descriptions: Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and manage overall test strategy for SAP migration to Azure ensuring alignment with project goals and SIT UAT regression and performance testing across multiple SAP modules and integrated compliance with BFSI regulatory security and audit requirements in all test plans and test environments and data provisioning including defect triage and resolution automation frameworks (e.g. Tricentis CBTA) for SAP workloads to improve efficiency and with BASIS security and integration teams for end-to-end validation of migration and report KPIs such as defect density pass rates and test coverage to off on cutover readiness and conduct post-migration validation to ensure system stability and SkillsExperience 8 years in QA leadership roles with at least 3 years in SAP testing and cloud migration Expertise Strong knowledge of SAP modules Azure cloud platform and automation tools (Tricentis CBTA).Domain Knowledge BFSI regulatory compliance and audit Skills Excellent stakeholder management communication and problem-solving SAP Testing ISTQB or Cloud-related certifications (preferred).
