About the Role:
As the National Partnership Manager at Plenti you will play a key role in accelerating growth and performance across Plentis OEM and dealership channel. Partnering with the Head of OEM and Dealerships you will contribute to strategic planning unlock new commercial opportunities and support the launch of new products.

You will establish and grow partnerships with OEMs and dealerships working closely with both external partners and internal teams to create and deliver impactful campaigns. You will continuously optimise processes to deliver exceptional experiences for OEMs dealerships and customers while leading a high-performing sales team that converts loan applicants into funded customers through targeted phone email and SMS engagement across the end-to-end application journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Head of OEM & Dealerships to develop channel strategy identify new business opportunities and products
Build onboard and manage OEM and dealership partnerships driving sustainable growth and exceeding origination targets
Design and deliver joint campaigns in collaboration with OEMs and dealerships to maximise performance
Analyse performance data and sales funnel conversion to identify bottlenecks and implement targeted improvements
Represent Plenti at industry forums partnership meetings and networking events to strengthen relationships and enhance brand presence
Work cross-functionally with credit product and operations teams to resolve customer pain points and continuously improve processes
Ensure full compliance with responsible lending disclosure and privacy obligations
Provide senior leadership with regular program reporting dashboards and actionable insights including recommendations to drive growth and performance uplift


Key Qualifications:
5 years in sales leadership within fintech lending or financial services
Proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams
Strong knowledge of the auto industry (both OEM and dealerships) sales processes and CRM/reporting tools
Previous experience working with either or both OEMs and Dealerships will be highly regarded

Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence key partners
Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive solutions-focused mindset with a strong commitment to achieving results

Reporting Relationships:
This position reports to the Head of OEM and dealerships and leads a team of OEM Senior Sales Agents
