Job Description
超音波診断装置の対応が主要業務となりますがアプリケーションの職務としては超音波セールスサポートデモサポート納品後のお客様サポートお客様向けトレーニング製品フィードバックで主なものは以下の通りです
超音波セールスサポート販売前に営業と連携し専門的スキルを活用したセールスのサポート業務
デモサポート医療機関に超音波装置を持ち込んだデモンストレーションの実施またはサポート業務
デモ機のプリセットや画像調整お客様の使用状況に合わせた超音波装置をカスタマイズの実施
納品後のお客様サポート製品を購入いただいて後の使用方法やカスタマイズについてのアフターフォローの実施
お客様向けトレーニングお客様に対する臨床的工学的トレンドからの情報等の勉強会の開催
製品フィードバックより良い製品開発につなげるために開発部門へお客様の声をフィードバック情報として提供
カスタマーコールセンターのサポート電話などのリモート環境からのお客様からの問い合わせ対応
学会での展示説明員講習会でのデモ機操作サポート
必須MUST
-臨床検査技師または診療放射線技師の資格を持つこと
-超音波装置による検査経験あるいは同等の知見があり超音波診断装置を操作できるまた説明するための能力と専門性があること
-臨床的知識あるいは超音波の基礎知識を持つこと
-高いコミュニケーション能力がありお客様との様々なシーンに対応するためのフットワークがあること
-現在の経験や知識に加えて当社ヘルスケア製品やビジネスプロセスに関する知識を学ぼうとする意欲があること
-高いモチベーションがあり社内外の関係者と一緒に協働できるチームプレーヤーであること
-周囲のステークホルダーとのオープンな相互フィードバックができを既存業務を改善していく姿勢があること
-日本語が流ちょう
-運転免許証を保持しており運転をすることに抵抗のない方
