Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management Consultant
UKG Pro Workforce Management Focus
Role Overview
The Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management Consultant will support enterprise-wide implementations and optimizations of UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) solutions. This role focuses on driving adoption of workforce management capabilities including timekeeping scheduling attendance and labor optimization.
The consultant will work closely with HR operations IT and clinical or operational leaders to ensure workforce-related changes are effectively adopted and sustained.
Key Responsibilities
Lead change management activities for UKG Pro Workforce Management implementations and enhancements.
Support organizational transitions related to timekeeping scheduling pay rules labor standards and workforce policies.
Conduct stakeholder analysis workforce impact assessments and readiness evaluations across operational teams.
Develop and execute change management plans that minimize disruption and maximize workforce adoption.
Partner with HR payroll labor relations and operations leaders to align change strategies with workforce realities.
Design targeted communication and training approaches for frontline employees supervisors and managers.
Serve as a trusted advisor to project leaders on adoption risks resistance points and workforce engagement strategies.
Coach leaders and people managers on how to lead teams through workforce system and process changes.
Support go-live and stabilization efforts through adoption monitoring and change reinforcement strategies.
Measure change effectiveness and workforce adoption; recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on change management experience supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management or similar WFM platforms.
Strong understanding of workforce operations timekeeping scheduling and labor management processes.
Experience working with frontline operational and unionized workforces.
Demonstrated ability to translate technical system changes into practical workforce-friendly adoption strategies.
Experience with formal change management frameworks (Prosci ADKAR or equivalent).
Preferred Experience
Healthcare or labor-intensive environments.
Large-scale workforce system deployments.
Experience supporting managers and supervisors through workforce transitions.
