Job Title: Guidewire Policy enter Tech Lead

Location: Hartford CT or Hunt Valley MD

Work Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Policy enter Tech Lead to join our team in a hybrid onsite role. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical subject matter expert lead development efforts mentor team members and contribute to strategic technical decisions across the software development lifecycle.
This role requires strong hands-on experience with the Guidewire Policy enter platform and leadership experience in guiding development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a subject matter expert in Guidewire Policy enter development and configuration
Lead end-to-end software development or specific phases of the product lifecycle
Make key technical decisions and guide the team on best practices
Design and implement innovative software solutions aligned with business needs
Collaborate with stakeholders and manage technical discussions effectively
Translate business and project requirements into detailed technical specifications
Facilitate technical and team meetings to ensure alignment and delivery
Mentor and support team members to promote continuous improvement
Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance system performance and user experience

Required Skills & Experience:

Guidewire Policy enter Expert (P4 level)
Guidewire Integration Advanced
Guidewire Advanced Product Designer Required/Highly Preferred
Overall 8 years of experience including 2 3 years in a Tech Lead role
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Java
Design Innovation
Technical Architecture experience

Education:

Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field (required)
