The pay is $21/hr$2/hr shift differential.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Lead located in Sibley IA. The Shift Lead will oversee daily operations during their assigned shift ensuring workers meet production goals while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising team members coordinating production schedules monitoring equipment and providing solutions to operational challenges. Additionally the Shift Lead will maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
Qualifications
- Leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Organizational and time management skills with experience managing schedules and deadlines
- Knowledge of production processes and equipment operations
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges effectively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards
- Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or relevant education are a plus
