Job Summary

Location: New Jersey/New York hybrid (office in Jersey City).

At Xeneta were changing the way freight is bought and soldmaking the industry more transparent data-driven and strategic. Were now looking for an Enterprise Account Executive.

This is more than a sales roleits an opportunity to work at the cutting edge of supply chain innovation. Youll be collaborating with leading global brands tackling complex commercial challenges and influencing how an entire industry operates.

Key Responsibilities


  • Engage & Connect
    Youll build meaningful relationships with senior decision-makers at some of the worlds largest companies. By deeply understanding their supply chain complexities and procurement workflows youll help them unlock value through Xenetas platform. Along the way youll sharpen your skills in value-based selling return-on-investment analysis and executive communication.
  • Educate & Inform
    Youll be part of an innovation thats reshaping freight procurement. By combining your market knowledge with our data insights youll become a credible voice in the industryguiding stakeholders toward smarter data-led decisions.
  • Be a Consultative Partner
    This is a role for someone who wants to solve not just sell. Youll work alongside your clients to identify inefficiencies uncover opportunities and achieve business goals with Xenetas solutions. Youll grow your ability to think strategically influence change and become a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate to Succeed
    At Xeneta your voice matters. Youll work closely with teams across Product Marketing and Customer Success to refine our offering and share insights from the front lines. Youll see firsthand how a high-growth tech company adapts and evolvesand youll help shape that evolution.
  • Shape Strategy & Scale
    Your feedback and insights will directly influence our go-to-market strategy. Youll not just execute the playbookyoull help write it.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise


Your Background
  • 57 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS B2B sales ideally with experience in long-cycle value-based selling.
  • Experience from supply chain logistics or freight in some capacity.
  • Preferably experience with working in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Comfort and credibility when engaging with VP- and C-level executives on strategic initiatives.
Your Sales Toolkit
  • Strong command of Salesforce and data-informed sales approaches.
  • Experience using modern sales tools (e.g. Gong ZoomInfo LinkedIn Navigator 6sense UserGems).
  • A proven ability to navigate long deal cycles and prioritize your time and energy on what moves the needle.
Your Personal Style
  • Goal-oriented and driven with a strong sense of ownership and pride in your work.
  • Naturally builds trust and rapport with senior stakeholders.
  • Organized adaptable and energized by dynamic high-growth environments.
  • A collaborative mindset - you know that great outcomes come from great teamwork.

Benefits


  • The published range reflects the base salary for this role. The total compensation also includes a variable performance-based component following a 50/50 split between base and variable pay (base representing 50% of total OTE). The commission is uncapped.
