Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly driven Business Manager to support and lead the Business Management function across AD EMEA and Home Office teams. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast paced multi project environment and can bring structure clarity and leadership to complex initiatives.

Summary: Act as the Business Manager for the Business Management function under ISDAD. Oversees multiple related projects across AD EMEA and Home Office ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate multiple related projects across global regions ensuring alignment with business goals and organizational priorities.
Manage resources track progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Serve as a central communication point for stakeholders leadership teams and internal working groups.
Prepare high quality PowerPoint presentations executive summaries and materials for internal forums and decision making bodies.
Support operational governance reporting and process improvement initiatives within the Business Management function.
Leverage internal systems such as Coupa SPM SAP Fieldglass and PMO frameworks to support procurement vendor management and project oversight.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong leadership organizational and strategic planning capabilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven experience coordinating cross regional or multi project environments.
Proficiency with internal systems such as Coupa SPM SAP Fieldglass and familiarity with PMO/PMP methodologies.
Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly to diverse audiences.
Bachelor s degree in Business Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
