About this Position:

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

Senior Business Analysts shall provide direct support to the Project Manager in regard to all functional aspects under the maintenance and support agreement and shall serve as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME).
The primary responsibilities of Senior Business Analysts include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling and conducting weekly status meetings with client throughout the maintenance and support agreement.
- Providing functional support throughout the Requirements Definition processes as needed throughout the agreement.
- Authoring Detailed Design documentation as needed throughout the agreement.
- Providing functional expertise during the Development and the Testing processes throughout the agreement.

Minimum Qualifications:

At least three (3) years experience in each of the following:
- Supporting environmental projects in the public sector (Federal State or Local Level).
- Supporting or conducting Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
- Working with Atlassians JIRA Project Management Software.
Certified as Business Architect in Pega 7 (or newer).
Certified as Product Owner in the SCRUM Agile methodology.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Pega 8.6 platform.
Sybase PowerBuilder 12.5.
Java Transaction Access Program (jTAP) Java programming language Java Script and Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX) for RSP related enhancements.
Sybase PowerDesigner 15.3 for development of database models.
Oracle 12c Backend Database and the main platform to develop PL/SQL procedures functions packages and triggers.
Infrastructure On-premise and cloud.
Tableau.
Business Objects Reporting.
JIRA.
Oracle 12c Compatible Java Stored Procedures that could be utilized in conjunction with PL/SQL procedures functions packages and triggers.
