Job Summary

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Mt Laurel NJ (Onsite)

Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver transaction banking solutions
Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements (BRDs FRDs user stories use cases)
Translate business needs into system requirements solution designs and functional specifications
Perform process mapping gap analysis and workflow optimization across banking operation
Support initiatives across payments cash management receivables liquidity and treasury products
Collaborate with Product Operations Technology and QA teams throughout the SDLC
Assist in UAT planning execution defect triage and business sign-off
Ensure solutions align with regulatory compliance and operational standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives and platform enhancements

Skills:

6 10 years as a Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst in Commercial or Corporate Banking
Experience in Global Transaction Banking (GTB) Cash Management Payments or Treasury
Work on payment systems cash management platforms receivables liquidity or transaction banking products
Gather and document business & functional requirements (BRD FRD user stories)
Translate business needs into system requirements and solution designs
Perform process mapping gap analysis and workflow optimization
Partner with Product Operations Technology and QA teams
