This opportunity is designed specifically to support teachers as they build confidence in their instruction while improving engagement and success for all students in CTE by a district Special Education instructor this training will focus on practical classroom-ready strategies that you can use right away. The emphasis is on real-world differentiation that works in CTE settingssupporting student access skill development and participation without adding extra stress or busy work in a low-risk professional learning community of will meet once a week for one hour over six weeks with an additional hour of supported time each week to plan or refine lessons using the strategies learned. Along the way participants will collaborate with fellow CTE teachers share ideas and lesson plans observe effective differentiation in action and reflect on whats working in a supportive low-stakes is an opportunity to strengthen your practice learn from colleagues and walk away with tools you can continue using long after the training ends.
