The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing day to day operational activities within the commercial insurance function. This role ensures efficient workflows compliance with regulatory requirements and high service standards.

Responsibilities
- Manager and improve operational processes within the agency
- Oversee policy lifecycle activities including submissions quoting binding endorsements renewals and cancellations
- Ensure compliance with carrier guidelines and internal procedures
- Lead coach and develop customer service team and support training initiatives
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on operational workflows and systems within the agency
Qualifications
- A Bachelors Degree is preferred
- Property and Casualty License
- Maintain current knowledge of industry and market trends
- 2 years of people management or team leadership experience
- At least five5 years of similar experience
- Must have strong commercial lines and technical and market knowledge. Must understand a broad range of coverage and risk alternatives.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Agency management system experience preferred
- Extremely organized
- Strong attention to detail & follow-through
- Must be able to work independently on a team and under pressure
- Analytical-technically oriented
Compensation: $95000.00 - $110000.00 per year
