Position: Methodology Lead
Location: Dauphin County PA
Client: State of Pennsylvania
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking a Methodology Lead to support a complex Tolling Back Office program. The ideal candidate will define and streamline software delivery methodologies ensuring effective collaboration across multi-team technology programs. This role requires a focus on enhancing delivery outcomes implementing best practices and providing hands-on training to project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement PMO methodologies for complex software delivery.
Expertly manage Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management and reporting.
Utilize Power BI for executive-level dashboards and analytics.
Conduct regular delivery health checks and governance assessments.
Facilitate governance forums and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Technical Skills:

10 years in PMO and complex software delivery roles.
Extensive experience in Agile Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.
Strong expertise in Azure DevOps and Power BI.
Proven ability to scale delivery practices across multiple teams.
Excellent communication skills to translate methodologies for diverse stakeholders.
