Job Summary

About the Role
Were looking for a Senior Lead QA Engineer to own and elevate our quality strategy across products. This role blends hands-on testing test automation leadership and team mentorship. Youll work closely with Engineering Product and stakeholders to ensure we ship reliable high-quality software at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall QA strategy processes and best practices
- Own test planning execution and reporting across multiple projects
- Lead mentor and grow a team of QA engineers
- Drive test automation strategy and implementation (UI API and/or mobile)
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to define acceptance criteria
- Ensure quality is embedded early in the SDLC (shift-left testing)
- Review requirements designs and technical solutions for stability
- Track and communicate quality metrics risks and release readiness
- Champion continuous improvement in tools frameworks and workflows
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing
- 2 years in a QA Lead or Senior QA role
- Strong experience with test automation frameworks and tools
- Solid understanding of SDLC Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience testing web applications APIs and/or mobile apps
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with performance and/or security testing
- Cloud experience (AWS Azure GCP)
- Experience scaling QA practices in fast-growing teams
- ISTQB or similar certifications
