JOB TITLE: Hardware Engineer

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required to start
Schedule: 4/10A 1st Shift

Qualifying Questions:

Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role

Summary:

Develop hardware designs for military electronic assemblies including CCAs and harnesses
Support integration of electronic systems within flight-worthy platforms
Create conceptual and detailed mechanical designs and drawings
Produce detail assembly and installation drawings per industry standards
Develop hardware documentation including BOMs assembly instructions and test documentation
Collaborate with engineering manufacturing and integration teams

Requirements:

Active Secret Clearance (required to start)
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or related field
3 6 years experience with PTC Creo/Windchill interconnects/wiring diagrams and ASME Y14.5 technical drawings
Experience with Creo CATIA or similar 3D CAD tools and hardware prototyping (e.g. 3D printing)
Experience creating hardware drawings BOMs assembly and test documentation
3 6 years experience in Cable & Harness Design or PCB/CCA Mechanical Packaging (stress/thermal MIL-STD-461/464 familiarity)
U.S. Citizenship required (ITAR)
