The Memorial Hospital is looking for an organised enthusiastic and experienced Registered Nurse with a desire to take a leadership role in managing the hospitals theatre education portfolio. This role encompasses delivering a structured education program for all theatre employees including providing hands on support for Graduate Nurses.

Educational requirements for both clinical and support services staff in the theatre setting

About you:
Currently Registered as a Nurse with AHPRA
Minimum 5 years recent theatre nursing experience
Sound knowledge of ACORN standards / ACHS Accreditation Standards
Strategic minded thinker
Ability to engage with all members of staff
Proficient in electronic databases and ability to adapt to changing platforms
Excellent communication style written and verbal
Ability to meet deadlines
Professional leadership experience
Work collaboratively with the management team
Knowledge of labour management / KPIs

If you are successful you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement the Adelaide Community Healthcare Alliance (ACHA) & Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) South Australian Branch Nurses & Midwives Enterprise Agreement - 2024 (Agreement or Enterprise Agreement) (salaries range between $63.92 -$69.58 per hour).
