The role
The Partnerships Coordinator supports the delivery of exceptional hospital-based engagement experiences that strengthen Childrens Hospital Foundations relationships with hospital staff volunteers and corporate partners.
This role coordinates the on-the-ground delivery of hospital staff givebacks volunteer activations and engagement initiatives protecting and enhancing CHFs reputation within the hospital environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to pivot into the fundraising and partnerships space applying their event coordination administration and relationship-building skills in a purpose-driven environment.
This role has the flexibility to be between 0.8 FTE to full-time and is based at our corporate offices in South Brisbane.

- You bring experience in events coordination or administration with strong attention to detail
- Youre a natural relationship builder confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
- You have excellent organisational skills and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Youre proactive adaptable and take initiative to get things done
- You communicate clearly and professionally both written and verbal
- You enjoy working as part of a team and contribute to a positive collaborative culture
- Youre passionate about creating meaningful experiences and making a positive impact
- Youre interested in building a career in fundraising partnerships or the not-for-profit sector
Key criteria
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- Undergraduate qualifications or equivalent experience in administration-based or related role.
- 2 years experience in events stakeholder engagement or program coordination.
- Strong administration organisational and project management skills.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capability.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including but not limited to Word Excel Outlook.
Desirable
- Experience within healthcare hospital or not-for-profit environments.
- Exposure to corporate partnership or volunteer management environments.
- Understanding of risk and compliance processes.
- Experience using project management software e.g. Asana.
