The Role

This role is a key member of our future-focused Transformation Team playing a vital role in delivering strategic activities that support our Orange Sky FY30 Strategy. Youll help us reimagine how we drive brand growth revenue and impact.

No day is ever the same so the ideal applicant will thrive in a dynamic environment. We need a strategic thinker who can drive projects from conception to implementation. Whether you are developing a pivot table or building audience-led communications in Canva you are a chameleon operator who knows how to juggle varying priorities to reach great outcomes.

In a nutshell this role is responsible for:

• Drive Transformation Work: Drive and accelerate key elements of the organisational transformation strategy from inception through to operational rollout.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to secure buy-in and ensure collaborative delivery of strategic projects.
• End-to-End Project Management: Oversee all project phases including budget management resource allocation and the execution of engagement plans.
• Governance & Risk Management: Develop and manage robust governance frameworks processes and risk systems to ensure project integrity and success.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise advanced tools (e.g. PowerBI AI Rosterfy) and detailed stage-gate analysis to provide validated insights and guide strategic direction.
• Strategic Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex internal and external issues managing organisational interdependencies to keep priorities on track.
• Research & Analysis: Lead primary and secondary research initiatives to validate data and support informed high-level decision-making.

Were looking for someone who can turn complex insights into meaningful strategic improvements and most importantly get in and get it done. To be successful at Orange Sky you need a genuine passion for our cause and the ability to champion a culture of development change and innovation.

Additionally the ideal applicant has:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in business analyst project management consulting innovation and/or strategic delivery roles coupled with relevant business management qualifications
• Strong track record and success in delivering on project outcomes;
• Experience in best practise project delivery;
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands and prioritise workflows;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including facilitation of workshops
• Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders different teams and be a champion for encouraging a culture of development change and innovation;
• Excellent analytical skills with strong capability in technical systems and Microsoft Excel
