Job Summary
Join University Home Care Inc as a Home Health Assistant inHartland MI where you will provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes. This role involves assisting with daily living activities ensuring the comfort and safety of patients and supporting their health and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
- Help clients with mobility and transferring as needed.
- Monitor and report changes in clients condition to nursing staff or supervisors.
- Assist with medication reminders and adherence to care plans.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Hartland MI.
- Two forms of ids
- Background check .
