Job Responsibilities:
The Finance Manager has the primary responsibility is to support the Enterprise senior leadership team including operations sales and corporate finance. Additional responsibilities include supporting the Corporate Finance Team in reporting to the private equity ownership group consolidated modeling and other analysis.The position reports to the Companys VP Global Finance & Account with a matrixed relationship with Sr. Leadership roles within Enterprise Operations the CFO Director of FP&A Chief Customer Officer and Chief Services Officer.
The major areas of focus for this role are as follows:
- Own the forecasting and budgeting process for the Enterprise BU which includes the need for coordination from stakeholders in geographically disbursed regions in the US Europe and Asia.
- Partner with account managers operations staff and executives to understand their requirements and deliver the analysis needed to make decisions
- Monitor and provide insight on KPIs.
- Develops spreadsheet models to quantify the financial impact of business initiatives and support decision-making
- Acts as a core contributor and lead projects working with account managers finance software developers and others to improve and develop reporting tools which support business operations.
- Report on the BUs monthly results understanding:
- Customer margins
- Customer revenue versus budget / forecast
- Impact of rate/vol/mix on margins and EBITDA
- Operational expense variance versus budget/forecast
- Staffing plans and forecasts
- Find ways to create value for the Company through the support of the BU
- Anticipate information the BU / corporate leaders would expect to see to understand the key drivers (both positive & negative) of the BUs financial performance.
- Push information TO the BU leaders proactively and with insight such that there should be a clear next step or action they need to take as a result of your efforts.
- Act as the Business Units #1 finance position understanding and owning the financial performance of the business unit working in tandem with the operation leadership to deliver performance value creation and a deep understanding of the Business Units results.

Experience & Education Level
- Demonstrates excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail
- Possesses written and oral skills necessary to communicate requirements results and analysis of other complex problems
- Powerful user of business intelligence reporting and financial planning systems
- Superior quantitative analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Working familiarity with statistics and statistical concepts
- Data extraction experience using SQL and/or other scripting languages is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership competencies with the ability to collaborate with others and establish working relationships
- Strong creative problem solving and project management skills
- Experience using commercial BI tools or emerging BI technologies with expert level Excel skills required.
- Excellent business partnering and communication skills
- BS Degree in Finance or Accounting combined with an MBA and relevant experience in a Financial Analyst / Manager role.
