Plans and oversees enterprise-level support and service activities for company products and services for a designated client or group of clients. Ensures quality service and operational performance within the parameters of program and delivery standards. Develops client relationship and understanding of client business and product installations to identify service needs plan service delivery and drive use of proactive service and support mechanisms to reduce client downtime and support costs. Acts as single point of client contact to coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues. Collaborates with sales and support groups to demonstrate value of support offering to client and identify opportunities for expanded support business. Generates ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts. Integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements. Programs and maintains report forms and formats information dashboards data generators canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources. May create specifications for reports based on business requests.
Requirements:
5 years of experience as a business analyst with in-depth expertise in supply chain and order-to-cash.
3 years of experience in Oracle EBS
Experience in business process optimization gap analysis.
Familiarity with business analysis tools like BPMN UML or other modeling tools.
Knowledge of Oracle order-to-cash business processes and best practices
Experience in defining and completing UAT testing within Oracle and other enterprise applications
Experience in Oracle CPQ is a plus
Salesforce and SAP experience is a plus
Hybrid work model: 2 days from the office in Krakow.
