Salary: 55000 p/a dependent on experience

Plus access to annual bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

This is an exciting time to join the UKs largest private healthcare telemedicine company based in Hastings East Sussex who are expanding their product-led delivery team due to organic growth.

Joining a dynamic team focusing on working closely with Product and Engineering to ensure quality risk and release readiness are consistently considered throughout the product lifecycle.

This role would be a great opportunity with someone who is hands-on and has experience combining active testing with responsibility for shaping how QA is delivered day to day. The focus is on building fit-for-purpose QA practices that support reliable delivery and continuous improvement aligned to product maturity and risk.

Requirements:

Experience in a Senior QA QA Lead or Test Lead role

Strong hands-on manual testing capability

Strong experience creating and maintaining automated tests

Understanding of Agile product-led delivery

Ability to assess risk and communicate clearly with Product and Engineering

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps Services

Experience with Microsoft Azure Test Plans

Experience testing APIs or integrations

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines

Experience working in regulated or complex environments
