Job Summary

3-6 months contract with a local authority

Job Purpose

The Prevention Data & Outcomes Lead is responsible for driving improvement across key Housing Advice & Enabling functions including waiting list management rough sleeping services homelessness prevention and strategy and enabling. The post holder will support service transformation strengthen operational delivery improve performance and ensure data-driven decision making.

Key Duties/Accountabilities

Lead delivery improvement activity across all Housing Advice & Enabling teams.
Review current processes and identify areas for increased efficiency consistency and effectiveness.
Develop and implement improvement plans aligned with service priorities.
Drive best practice in prevention assessment and case management approaches.

Essential Experience Required

Proven line management experience including supporting staff managing performance and leading teams.
Experience working within housing homelessness rough sleeping or related public-sector services.
Background in service improvement operational delivery or change management.

Essential Qualifications Required

Management or leadership qualification (desirable).
Evidence of continuous professional development in housing homelessness or service improvement.

Additional Information

Working hours: 37 hours per week
Role requires DBS.
Working Pattern: Hybrid (40% Office attendance 1-4 weeks)
Bi-weekly payment schedule
