Job Purpose
- The Prevention Data & Outcomes Lead is responsible for driving improvement across key Housing Advice & Enabling functions including waiting list management rough sleeping services homelessness prevention and strategy and enabling. The post holder will support service transformation strengthen operational delivery improve performance and ensure data-driven decision making.
Key Duties/Accountabilities
- Lead delivery improvement activity across all Housing Advice & Enabling teams.
- Review current processes and identify areas for increased efficiency consistency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement improvement plans aligned with service priorities.
- Drive best practice in prevention assessment and case management approaches.
Essential Experience Required
- Proven line management experience including supporting staff managing performance and leading teams.
- Experience working within housing homelessness rough sleeping or related public-sector services.
- Background in service improvement operational delivery or change management.
Essential Qualifications Required
- Management or leadership qualification (desirable).
- Evidence of continuous professional development in housing homelessness or service improvement.
Additional Information
- Working hours: 37 hours per week
- Role requires DBS.
- Working Pattern: Hybrid (40% Office attendance 1-4 weeks)
- Bi-weekly payment schedule
