Global FP&A Manager

Strategic and Financial Planning:

• Lead the 5Year Strategic Plan Budget and Forecast cycles ensuring global alignment and consolidating inputs across all regions and business units.
• Develop enhance and maintain advanced financial models including multiscenario longrange planning and profitability simulations.
• Consolidate regional plans into a unified strategic financial outlook ensuring consistency with corporate objectives and strategic priorities.
• Define and communicate global planning assumptions targets and frameworks to ensure cohesive and accurate financial submissions.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Oversee regional and consolidated performance tracking against targets budgets and longrange plansproviding variance analysis insights and recommended actions.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly analyses ofportfolio performance including topline evolution margin trends and profitability by customer product or segment.
• Support the alignment and targetsetting process with Regional CFOs ensuring a clear link between strategic priorities and consolidated outcomes.
• Monitor consolidated budget and forecast deviations enabling leadership to make informed decisions to achieve yearend objectives.

Financial Processes:

• Design and manage the global planning calendar consolidation templates and financial frameworks to streamline global FP&A and deliver highquality budget decks strategic plan materials and financial presentations for senior leadership.
• Lead preparation and consolidation forimpairment testing and support related compliance requirements with robust financial analysis.
• Support the preparation ofStrategy Review materials ensuring accuracy consistency and strategic relevance of financial insights.

Special Projects & Business Initiatives:

• Coordinate and track globalspecial projects ensuring alignment with financial and strategic goals.
• SupportM&A activities including financial modelling synergy analysis due diligence and postmerger integration.
• Define and assessSTI (shortterm incentive) financial targets ensuring alignment with consolidated business adhoc scenario modelling and financial deep dives to support executive decisionmaking and assess business opportunities.

• Bachelors
• Bachelors or masters degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field. MBA will be a plus.
• 6 years of experience in FP&A Strategic Planning or Corporate Finance preferably in a multinational environment. Experience in a business strategy consultancy firm will be a plus.
• Demonstrated experience inconsolidated longterm planning financial modelling and multiscenario command of financial consolidation and planning systems such as HFM / TM1 / Cognos / SAP
• Advanced Excel skills ideally withVBA Power Query or other automation capabilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in budgeting forecasting and variance analysis in complex multiregional organizations.
• Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders across regions and corporate communication and presentation skills; able to interpret complex financial information into clear strategic insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in M&A integration projects or special initiatives is a plus
