Job Description:
Product Ownership & Agile Delivery -
Own and manage the product backlog including prioritization grooming and sprint readiness

Lead sprint planning backlog refinement and ensure alignment with business goals

Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver features while balancing RTB (Run-the-Business) activities
-
Evaluate trade-offs across scope risk urgency and business value
RTB & Production Support -
Drive enhancements across CCaaS platforms (voice chat contact center tools)
-
Manage production incidents perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
-
Provide L3 support for complex/escalated issues
-
Support day-to-day user queries in collaboration with support and engineering teams
Feature Delivery & Enhancements -
Translate business requirements into scalable ICX/CCaaS solutions
-
Write clear user stories acceptance criteria and functional specifications
-
Work with QA engineering and business teams for UAT defect resolution and releases
-
Drive continuous improvements on Amazon Connect-based platforms
Cross-Functional Collaboration -
Support pilots/POCs including requirement gathering and workflow design
-
Manage admin tools feature enhancements and bug fixes
-
Maintain system documentation data flows and functional artifacts
-
Participate in incident management change management and release coordination
Stakeholder Management -
Engage with business engineering and leadership stakeholders

Use data-driven insights to prioritize and align delivery plans
