Job Summary
Job Description:
Were looking for a skilled Contract Manager to join our global Legal team and support one of DXCs core Offerings (CES GIS or ISB). In this role you will partner closely with Client Partners CSMs Delivery and Operations teams to manage the full postexecution contract lifecycle for our customer accounts.
What Youll Do
- Draft review redline and negotiate: MSA renewals Statements of Work Amendments Other renewals Changes Requests and other postexecution contract documents.
- Interpret contract terms and advise Account Teams on: Obligations Risks Scope control Disputes and Commercial issues.
- Support governance by maintaining accurate contract records change logs and executive summaries.
- Participate in account reviews and collaborate with Legal Teams (Transactions Litigation Compliance) as needed.
- Improve contract processes templates and efficiencies using AI and contract management tools.
What You Bring
- 510 years of experience in commercial contracting legal support or contract management (technology/services preferred).
- Strong drafting negotiation and contract interpretation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex legal concepts for business stakeholders.
- Comfortable working across global teams in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with contract management systems is a plus.
