Pay Range: $24.30 -$30.19

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 6:30 am-3:00 pm with on-call rotation

WHAT YOULL OWN (Use Roles and Responsibilities from job description)

Routine Maintenance & Repairs

• Complete routine repair and maintenance on building systems including carpentry painting plumbing and electrical work.
• Troubleshoot and repair household appliances and mobility equipment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to work orders.
• Assist with grounds work including landscaping ice mitigation and snow removal

Safety & Communication Support

• Interact with residents and staff with kindness and respect.
• Participate in emergency response and safety protocols
• Conduct routine safety checks and support regulatory inspections

Administrative & Documentation Tasks

• Use the TMS Work Order System to log tasks update statuses and track activity.
• Monitor and communicate supply needs
• Responsibility

Team Collaboration & On-Call Participation

• Work collaboratively with the Facilities team.
• Contribute to special projects and event support.
• Participate in on-call rotations.

WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED

Skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals work orders and written instructions; strong proficiency in electrical systems diagnostics and safe electrical repair practices.

Knowledge

• General understanding of carpentry painting plumbing and light electrical systems.
• Knowledge of safe work practices and OSHA guidelines.
• Advanced understanding of electrical systems troubleshooting and safe repair procedures.

Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of general maintenance experience; senior living or hospitality preferred.
• Experience repairing household appliances and mobility devices.
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and work order systems.
