OUR INVESTMENT IN YOU
Pay Range: $24.30 -$30.19
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 6:30 am-3:00 pm with on-call rotation

WHAT YOULL OWN (Use Roles and Responsibilities from job description)
Routine Maintenance & Repairs
- Complete routine repair and maintenance on building systems including carpentry painting plumbing and electrical work.
- Troubleshoot and repair household appliances and mobility equipment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to work orders.
- Assist with grounds work including landscaping ice mitigation and snow removal
Safety & Communication Support
- Interact with residents and staff with kindness and respect.
- Participate in emergency response and safety protocols
- Conduct routine safety checks and support regulatory inspections
Administrative & Documentation Tasks
- Use the TMS Work Order System to log tasks update statuses and track activity.
- Monitor and communicate supply needs
- Responsibility
Team Collaboration & On-Call Participation
- Work collaboratively with the Facilities team.
- Contribute to special projects and event support.
- Participate in on-call rotations.
WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED

- Enjoy hands-on problem-solving work and take pride in fixing and maintaining building systems.
- Stay calm organized and solutions-focused when multiple tasks or work orders come in.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents team members and vendors.
- Take initiative work independently and know when to escalate complex issues.
- Prioritize safety in every task and follow established procedures.
- Value teamwork and contribute to a positive collaborative environment
Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ability to read and interpret manuals work orders and written instructions; strong proficiency in electrical systems diagnostics and safe electrical repair practices.
Knowledge
- General understanding of carpentry painting plumbing and light electrical systems.
- Knowledge of safe work practices and OSHA guidelines.
- Advanced understanding of electrical systems troubleshooting and safe repair procedures.
Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 2 years of general maintenance experience; senior living or hospitality preferred.
- Experience repairing household appliances and mobility devices.
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and work order systems.
