Job Summary

Job Title: GenAI Engineer Agent Development

Location: Sugarland TX OR Atlanta GA (Onsite)

Experience: Over 9 years (with strong AI/ML background)

Key Responsibilities:

Design build and deploy Agentic AI systems using LLMs
Create autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents for task planning decision-making and execution
Implement multi-agent workflows tool-using agents and orchestration frameworks
Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise systems APIs and data sources
Optimize prompt engineering memory reasoning and feedback loops for agents
Ensure scalability reliability and security of AI-driven solutions

Technical Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI & LLMs (OpenAI Azure OpenAI Anthropic etc.)
Experience in Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain LangGraph AutoGen CrewAI or similar
Proficiency in Python (mandatory); knowledge of FastAPI/Flask is a plus
Experience with vector databases (Pinecone FAISS Weaviate Chroma etc.)
Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Good to Have:

Experience in building AI copilots chatbots or workflow automation agents
Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps pipelines
Prior enterprise or production-scale AI deployments

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and design thinking
Ability to work independently and communicate with stakeholders
Client-facing experience is a plus
