We are seeking a Global Career Transition Specialist to support the continued growth of a well-established leadership and professional development organization operating internationally.
This role is suited to experienced professionals who value flexibility autonomy and meaningful work and who enjoy engaging with others working with digital platforms and contributing to a collaborative global environment.
This is an independent contractor position and is not a salaried role.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured conversations to understand individuals goals and professional interests
- Provide information about available development pathways and resources
- Support onboarding and orientation of new participants
- Build professional relationships using digital platforms
- Assist with digital marketing and content activities using provided training and systems
- Collaborate with an international network of independent professionals
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience following formal education
- Background in business leadership training people development marketing communications or related fields
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable using online tools social media and digital communication platforms
- Self-motivated organized and able to work independently
- Professional positive and growth-oriented
