Job Summary
Paddock Chevrolet a 2026 Best Places to work finalist is currently interviewing for an Outside Wholesale Parts Representative. Schedule: Full Time - Monday - Friday
Compensation: Salary Commission $62-70K
Responsibilities:
- Create and set planned weekly schedule
- Assist in growing Paddock Chevrolets wholesale business
- Call on existing customers and new prospects per the schedule/strategy created
- Generate leads for the service and parts departments that will lead to new accounts for these departments
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of current sales and sales targets
- Conduct sales transactions with adherence to store/company policies and procedures
- Complete all related reports accurately and on time
- Participate in training programs learn about products programs and customers
- Provide value added services (emergency parts delivery pick up and drop off vehicles at service) helping to create loyalty to customers
- Assist other store team members as needed
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
- Above average verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels (including customers vendors and visitors
- Outgoing personality comfortable on cold call
- Strong organizational skills
- Works well independently in a self-managed environment
- Knowledge of desktop computer programs including Microsoft Word and Excel Experience in an automotive parts environment or relatable sales and customer service employment history
- Automotive experience a plus
