About the Role
We are seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to support the full lifecycle of our finance operations including Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) billing invoicing and collections. This role is instrumental in ensuring our cash flow remains healthy and our customers receive accurate timely financial communication. Youll work closely with the Finance Operations Manager and cross-functional partners gaining deep exposure to how a global SaaS organization runs its financial backbone. What Youll Do
- Manage daytoday AP and AR activities including invoice processing payment posting and collections follow-up
- Own the billing & invoicing cycle ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support month-end close through reconciliations and reporting
- Prepare and maintain AR aging reports escalating risks proactively
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain clean financial records
- Work directly with customers including those in LATAM to support billing and payment issues
- Contribute to process improvements that strengthen financial accuracy speed and efficiency
- Support a fast-growing finance organization as we scale globally
