We are seeking a versatile Application Manager to join our team and work in a constantly evolving dynamic and agile environment believing that the route to speed and stability is through automation. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of the IMS and the connected systems the heart of the card issuing flow
  
  
• Focusing on test pre-production and production environment of issuing management system (IMS)
  
  
• Technical ownership of all our systems in true DevOps spirit where we are responsible for all parts of the software lifecycle such as requirements platform expansion architecture technology selection development testing and operation

• Preparation and implementation of changes in production

• Production environment support according to the schedule outside office hours

• Deliver the committed objectives that include adapting to any new needs to reach the goal
• Participation in your teams day-to-day activities including tools development operations maintenance and support

• Being an active member in our agile events like daily stand-ups planning retros and demos. etc.

• Fostering team spirit quality and technical agility

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change step up and show whats next people with passion can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and practice this means:

• You are passionate about learning new things and staying up to date in modern development frameworks and methodologies
  
  
• You have a bachelors or masters degree in computer science distributed systems software engineering or another equivalent field
  
  
• You have previous experience in supporting/operating transaction driven and highly available platforms
  
  
• You believe in communication and collaboration and are a true team player with a positive humble attitude
  
  
• You are responsive and happy to share your expertise with others
  
  
• You have advanced user experience of Linux Windows and Oracle DB
  
  
• You have work experience in programming (Python Bash scripting XML XSLT HTML) and an interest in automation
  
  
• Practical background in Java application installation
  
  
• Experience in manual and/or automated testing
  
  
• Experience in production system support
  
  
• Latvian and English language skills are needed for this position
  
  
• Knowledge about payment processing flows is an advantage
  
  
• Ability to cooperate and collaborate within the team and with client
