This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to join Bureau Veritas. As a key member of the sales team you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the industry sector. This full-time role offers the chance to contribute to the continued growth and development of this leading global company.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the building infrastructure opportunities projects especially CAPEX projects.
Develop strong client relationships with industrial estate developers factory owners property investors and contractors.
Promote services across the building lifecycle: design review quality control construction supervision and commissioning support.
Lead proposal development costing strategies pricing strategy and contract negotiation processes.
Coordinate closely with technical and operations teams to develop tailored competitive offers.
Monitor project pipelines and market trends in the industrial and commercial building sectors.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in technical sales business development or porject delivery in the industrial building manufacutring facilities data centers warehouses or high rise buildings.
- Proven track record winning project-based or technical service contracts.
Strong network in the industrial and commercial development space (industrial parks EPCs property developers).
Experience selling project-based services such as PMC QA/QC safety supervision or sustainability consulting.
Strong communication negotiation and client management skills.
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or technical background preferred.
