Job Summary

Are you passionate about marketing and events Ready to make your mark at one of New Zealands leading law firms Buddle Findlay is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our Auckland team.

In this dynamic role youll work closely with our fee earners client experience team and other marketing team members to plan and deliver exceptional client events across Aotearoa. Youll manage everything from event logistics and vendor relationships to social media promotion and post event analysis. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment have a keen eye for detail and love collaborating with others we want to hear from you!

What youll do:

  • Drive digital and in-person event projects from start to finish
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution
  • Create digital invitations and event pages
  • Promote events via social media channels
  • Manage budgets registrations and event reporting
  • Support with marketing admin and staff onboarding/offboarding


What youll bring:

  • Around 1 years experience in marketing or communications
  • Strong skills in Word Excel PowerPoint and ideally experience with HubSpot and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Social media savvy (Instagram LinkedIn)
  • Highly organised detail-oriented and a great communicator
  • Tenacious collaborative and customer-focused
