Job Summary

As one of New Zealands leading retirement living providers we have a network of 34 resident-led communities throughout the country each with unique environments that support our residents to live a truly fulfilling life as they age.
Bethlehem Shores is a well-established and premium community in the heart of Tauranga known for its luxurious independent living options and we have been busy developing an adjourning purpose-built care centre with Living Well Apartments and Care Suites.
Our new Care Centre opened in early March 2026 and we are building a passionate and committed team to support its new residents. As our community grows we will be looking to bring more people on board.
Positions available will include Registered Nurses Wellness Partners (Caregivers) Kitchen Assistants and Housekeepers.

Qualifications :

A genuine interest in working with older New Zealanders ability to work rostered shifts across a 7-day week current work rights for NZ and skills and experience in your desired area of work including:
- Current APC for Registered Nurses
- Commercial kitchen experience for Kitchen Assistants
- Caregiving experience for Wellness Partners
- Leadership and People Management experience for our Foodservices Manager and Clinical Manager
You must also have a current right to work in New Zealand.
