QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 15 years in HR management with strong background in recruitment disciplinary action training and labor compliance from manpower services or employment agencies.
- Proven ability to lead and manage HR teams.
- Knowledge of HR systems labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills conflict resolution organizational development and strategic HR planning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various business units.
- Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Employee Relations & Discipline
- Manage disciplinary actions and grievance handling in compliance with labor laws.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Training & Development
- Design and implement training programs to enhance workforce capability.
- Monitor effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements.
Labor & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
- Oversee preparation of HR-related government reportorial requirements.
Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise and mentor HR staff fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
