The following Level 2 full-time position may be available immediately:
School Counseling Administrative Assistant
Radnor High School
7 hours/day 12 months/year
Qualifications:
High school diploma; required
Related experience desired
Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Ability to exercise judgment display tact diplomacy and sensitivity
Ability to work well with administrators teachers support staff students and the community
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and database management
o Prerequisite skills testing
Performance Responsibilities:
Meet and welcome new families and students to Radnor community
Schedule placement testing
Maintain the counseling sign-in log
Compile senior failure list and send senior failure notices via certified mail
Process NCAA current and graduate student transcript requests
Answer cCenter phones
Manage counselor schedules and assist in scheduling meetings
Maintain log calendar of counseling Conference Rooms use
Maintain in Scoir and assist with document upload and submission
Experience with eSchool preferred
Maintain catalogues of guidance materials
Develop requisitions prepare bank deposits and assist guidance counselors as needed
Other duties as assigned
