You will lead commercial ownership and strategic success for high-value fintech accounts serving millions of users. This role balances revenue growth NRR tracking and executive advisory while navigating complex regulatory and technical landscapes. You will act as a primary bridge between product marketing and GTM teams to drive platform adoption.

What you will do:

• Own the end-to-end commercial relationship including renewals expansions and hitting NRR/GRR targets.

• Partner cross-functionally with Product and Support to navigate complex technical integrations and regulatory requirements.

• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive-level stakeholders at major fintech institutions to drive long-term partnership value.

The ideal candidate:

• 10 years of experience in account management or partner success within the fintech or financial services industry.

• Proven ability to manage complex B2B2C relationships and navigate high-growth environments with a builder mentality.

• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills to influence senior leadership at top-tier financial organizations.
