Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Strong experience as a Platform or Cloud Architect

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes platform architecture

Experience using Helm for application and platform deployments

Hands-on experience with Istio or service mesh technologies

Strong understanding of cloud networking concepts (VPC/VNet routing load balancers security controls)

Experience driving DevOps and platform automation practices

Ability to define platform standards patterns and best practices

Experience guiding and mentoring engineering teams

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Ability to translate business needs into platform architecture

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Strong documentation and review skills

Roles & Responsibilities

Experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure GCP)

Exposure to GitOps tools (Argo CD Flux)

Knowledge of observability platforms (Prometheus Grafana OpenTelemetry)

Experience with platform security and policy tools

Understanding of data platform basics (data ingestion storage analytics concepts)

Cloud or Kubernetes-related certifications
